Achaar Say Nikli Hue Gajjar

Do you ever feel like an insignificant speck of dust so small and irrelevant? Do you ever feel like an "Achaar say nikli hue gajjar"? You know that tiny piece of rubbery carrot that comes out of a mixed pickle achaar and manages to be destested by the majority of people? Have you ever found yourself standing with a crowd of friends but feel as if in that moment, you have no one? Have you ever felt like out of the hundreds of contacts in your phone, there is not one number you could dial when you were sitting curled up in your room broken to pieces? Is it as if you are thrown inside this jar of achaar, squished with other ingredients but you do not feel half as important as the them?

Have you ever wondered what could cause someone to feel this way? Is it due to a physcological aspect or is it the actions of others that influence this feeling? More importantly, how do you stop feeling this way? If you feel alone even though you know well enough that you are not alone then how do you kick this presistent feeling of loneliness? How do you fight these demons that leave you feeling empty and devoid of love?

It takes a lot for her eyes to cry
But she never answers when people ask why
You can tell she has been forced to be strong
Maybe thats why her faded smile seems so wrong
You have never seen her give up a fight
But you can tell she no longer knows what is right
Its obvious she is tired of feeling alone
Its like she wants to be back on her old throne
What do you to a girl who is so sad
In a world that has gone mad?
What can she possibly do
When her insides are so blue?

  1. I liked your concept of ' Achaar say nikli gajjar ', i don't really eat Achar so no idea about it. :P

But i do get how you feel, it's a state of hopelessness around you. It's like no matter how hard you try you cannot please others or live to their expectations and sometimes one tries soo hard that he/she ends up disappointing his her own self as well. To answer your questions, we feel this way firstly cause we allow ourselves to. Secondly it's because of our surroundings the people we mingle in. Thirdly it's also because of lack of ' Rooh ki ghiza ' that is the Quran. Believe me that if you start to trust Allah and be true to only him you will find a major change in yourself and your life. I can guarantee you that. Just trust Him for what ever He does and He WILL get you through this.

Tell yourself that you're not alone. You have Allah the mightiest of all. :)
    Hope this helped. :')
