How to: Be positive

1. You can't have a positive life if you surround yourself with negative people.

2. Learn to look on the bright side of things. Even if you've had a bad experience, learn to think of it as a valuable lesson learned.

3. Don't waste your energy on things you have no control over.

4. Smile. Have you heard how its been proven that even a fake smile can boost your mood?

5. Learn to love yourself. If you remove the negativity you harbor towards yourself, that will reflect upon your life and make it more positive.

6. Do positive things. Whether its laughing with your friends or re-igniting your passion for something, do things that make you happy.

7. Don't let small things get to you.

8. Change your perception about every day things and allow yourself to believe that even the worst situations can be fixed.

9. Be the change you want to see.

10. Read positive things.

11. Allow yourself to believe that you can move past whatever it is that brings you down. Believe that you can come out a better, stronger, more positive person.
