The 155,520
On average 155,520 people die per day. Yet we don't see people mourning the loss of those whose right to live was snatched away by blasts or murders or those who faced tragedy due to natural disasters and catastrophes. I fail to comprehend how the death of one person is far more important than the death of approximately 155,519 others.
Its hard to keep faith in humanity when there is so little humanity left.
How many people die in your country per day due to car accidents? Well I suppose it doesn't matter because they weren't famous, right?
If you want to grieve, grieve for the 155,520 people rather than just one person. Dont make the other deaths seem comparatively irrelevant.
If you want to honor their deaths, remember that every second almost two people die and live your life being thankful for each and every second. Every second you have is one that almost two people do not.
Grief shouldn't be restricted.
